Theme is ..........
This week we had Silver, Gold, Ruby's, Diamonds, Chains, Watches and even Platinum! The theme was 'jewellery'!
My favourite track this week was Aly and Phil with 'Sarah's Song' - beautiful and very moving. These duo always compliment each other and all their music is very enjoyable, To keep in line with out theme, the album was The Ruby.
We had a very enjoyable afternoon at Peebles on Sunday. It was the Peebles Accordion and Fiddle Club Open Day and lots of fantastic musicians were present. It was filled with brilliant tunes and singing. I have popped a few videos of the final Stramash on YouTube. Follow the links below -

It's only a couple of weeks till our own Andy Mitchel from Alive is doing his 24 hour marathon live on air!!
24 Hours, 1 Man, 1 Mission.
On August 23rd at 2pm, Andy Mitchell will go LIVE on air... and he won't stop for 24 hours.
He's taking on this incredible challenge to raise essential funds for Alive 107.3.
It's the funds we raise during events like this that keep us on air, supporting our community.
